Notice: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN WHEN THE RESERVATION IS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, SPORTING EVENTS, ie.FSU FOOTBALL GAMES AND SPECIAL EVENTS THAT REQUIRE A MINIMUM TWO- NIGHT STAY OR MORE ALONG COTTAGES AND CABINS.

THERE IS NO CANCELLATION/REFUND DURING HURRICAN SEASON!!

A rain check may be given and will be good for one year from the date.

Cancellation Charge Policy: A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline.

Cancellations made after the deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.

RV/Tent sites-48- hours’ notice- must cancel by 4pm two days before scheduled arrival.

Cabin and Cottages- 7 days -must cancel one week before your scheduled arrival.
